Ingredients:
1 cup fresh almond mylk
1 cup coconut Mylk
½ tsp vanilla extract or ½ tsp chopped vanilla bean
1 Tbs fresh turmeric
1 Tbs fresh ginger
1 Tbs coconut oil
1/8 tsp fresh black pepper
Pinch sea salt
Stevia or coconut nectar to taste
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients In Vitamix Blender
- Pour through a strainer to remove the ginger and turmeric pulp. *Alternately: You can use ½ tsp turmeric powder and ½ tsp ginger powder.
- Serve warm or add a frozen banana for a cold treat.
